$109.00 per person, per workshop, plus an additional $10.00 for Psychologists.

Your cancelled check is your receipt. You will not receive confirmation in the mail.

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send a substitute. No refunds will be given. Credits toward workshops within the same training season will be given only if written cancellation is received 5 business days prior to the workshop. No phone cancellations will be accepted.

CE CREDITS:

All workshops are approved for 6 Category I hours for MA licensed social workers and 6 hours for licensed marriage and family therapists, licensed alcohol and drug counselors, and licensed mental health counselors. Community Program Innovations, Inc. is recognized by the NBCC to offer continuing education for national certified counselors. We adhere to NBCC Continuing Education Guidelines. Each workshop offers 6 contact hours for nursing license renewal. Educators will receive a Certificate of Attendance for 6 hours. These workshops are co-sponsored with Community Healthlink. Community Healthlink is approved by the American Psychological Association to offer continuing education for psychologists. Community Healthlink maintains responsibilty for the program. Each workshop offers 6 CE Credits. Enclose $10.00 per workshop for Psychologist CE Credits. To receive CE Credits, psychologists must attend 100% of the program; late arrival or early departure will preclude awarding of CE Credits.
